Tobi's new jutsu

Name: Water Magnekyou Sharingan

Effect: Must have a magnekyou sharingan active to do this jutsu. Once the magnekyou sharingan is active, the user does some hand seals and changes their sharingan. It turns into a weird sharingan, that is able to still copy other jutsu and use magnekyou jutsus but now has a very high control with water but looses some control with other elements. mainly fire. Once active, the user can use a special genjutsu that makes it feel like the victim is being flooded. It has multiple other techniques like making a water kunai and other weapons, though they are weaker than metal weapons. The user can also summon a sword while in this state that gives them even greater control in water, but greatly diminishes their use for fire.

Downsides: This justu uses as much chakra as magnekyou sharingan, but adds on a little bit more. Also as mentioned above, it greatly diminshes their use in fire type jutsu

yah i know i am going to post a topic where just i will post ( Hoepfully) so i need to train to get it. And when tobi is progessing he might get other elemental sharingans if i think i want them.

i wish i could think of a good jusut for kabuto

um if you want any help on a jutsu then i could give you some ides, one would be a snake summoning that could heal others because kabuto uses snaks and medical jutsu
